Chapli Kabab:

Ingredients:
Frozen chaplikabab 4-5 pieces/300 gm
Oil 2 tsp

Method:
Brush the fryer pan with oil and place the frozen chaplikabab in the fryer pan without overlapping. Select the menu by pressing healthy fry button and turn the knob till H6 displayed. Press CONFIRM/ +30S/START button. Wait for the buzzer sound to preheat the oven. Put the fryer pan on the tripod stand and place the chpali kabab into the oven. Again press CONFIRM/+30S/START button. After 10 minutes press the stop button, take out the pan, brush the remaining oil and flip the chapli kabab, then press the CONFIRM/ +30S/START button again to start cooking. After the sound of beep take out the chaplikabab. Serve hot with green sauce.

Cookies n cream Bread:
Ingredients
Flour 2 cups
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Unsalted butter 8 oz
Cups sugar 1 1/3 cups
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk ½ cup
Dark chocolate cookies, quartered 15
Method :
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat butter add sugar, the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Gradually mix in the flour mixture to the batter. Mix the milk into the batter. Add 3/4 of the dark chocolate cookies to the batter and stir. Pour the batter into a greased and lined loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining cookies on top of batter. Cover the loaf pan with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Let cool before removing from loaf pan.
