Chaat Masala:
Ingredients:
Roasted cumin ½ cup
Roasted whole coriander 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Mango powder ½ cup
Black salt 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Asafoetida ½ tsp

Method
Put all ingredients in grinder and make fine powder and fill in bottle.

Besan Kay Baghary Dahi Baray:

Ingredients:
Gram Flour 1-½ cup
Salt to taste
Baking Soda ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
Carom Seeds ½ tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Yogurt:
Yogurt ½ cup
Milk ½ cup
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Ingredients for tempering:
Oil 2 tbsp
Whole Red Chilies 3-4
Curry Leaves 4-5
Cumin ½ tsp
Coriander, Chaat Masala for garnish
Chutney for garnish

METHOD:
In a bowl, mix gram flour with water, whisk thoroughly and leave it for one hour. Then heat oil, fry and leave it in salted water for a while. Afterwards, take it out from the water, press it with hands and place it on a serving dish. Now in yogurt, whisk all the ingredients and pour it on the Baray. For tempering, heat oil in a pan, sauté whole red chilies, curry leaves, and cumin. Once it is done, add on the Baray. In the end, garnish with coriander, chat masala and chutney.

Half Moon Tikka Samosa:

Ingredients:

Chicken Mince d 200 gm
Chopped Onions 1
Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
Boiled Potato 1 (Big)
Coriander Leaves ½ cup
Green Chilies ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Coal 1 piece
Ingredients For Samosa wraps:
Flour 2 cups
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Carom seeds ¾ tsp
Oil for frying

METHOD:
In a wok, add chicken mince, salt and ½ cup water, and leave it to cook. Once it is tender, dry the water and cook more. Now add chopped onions, coriander, green chilies and boiled potato. Mix everything, give it a smoke of coal and allow it to cool. For samosa’s cover, add flour, salt, oil and carom seeds in the water, Mix well. Make balls, spread evenly and place the filling from one side. In the end, fry in a hot oil and serve.
