Ingredients
- 1 small tin – veg choplets
- 1tsp – National coriander powdered
- chopped Garlic
- 2 tsp – Lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tbsp – Honey
- 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
- light soy sauce
- National black pepper
- veg Oyster sauce
- a little sweet Tomato ketchup
- A pinch of tandoori color
How to Make BBQ with Veg Meat Chop
- Wash choplets in running water and put in a pan with plenty of water.
- Add 1 tsp National coriander powder, pinch of salt and tandoori colour and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Marination:
- Then drain choplets, add in a bowl with chopped garlic, lemon juice, honey, National black pepper, National soya sauce, veg oyster sauce, sesame seeds and ketchup.
- Keep aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
- To serve:
- Take a pan, add butter and all the veg choplets, and mix it properly.
- Heat through and serve with veg fried rice or garlic rice.
