Ingredients

  • 1 small tin – veg choplets
  • 1tsp – National coriander powdered
  • chopped Garlic
  • 2 tsp – Lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tbsp – Honey
  • 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
  • light soy sauce
  • National black pepper
  • veg Oyster sauce
  • a little sweet Tomato ketchup
  • A pinch of tandoori color

How to Make BBQ with Veg Meat Chop

  • Wash choplets in running water and put in a pan with plenty of water.
  • Add 1 tsp National coriander powder, pinch of salt and tandoori colour and keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Marination:
  • Then drain choplets, add in a bowl with chopped garlic, lemon juice, honey, National black pepper, National soya sauce, veg oyster sauce, sesame seeds and ketchup.
  • Keep aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
  • To serve:
  • Take a pan, add butter and all the veg choplets, and mix it properly.
  • Heat through and serve with veg fried rice or garlic rice.
