Barbeque Rice:
Ingredients
Boiled rice 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green chili big chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped ¼ cup
Tomato chopped ¼ cup
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
coal for smoke
Method
Karahi men oil garam ker kay onion sauté ker len. Phir garlic, green chili or tamam masalay dal ker 1 mintue tak pakaen phir boil rice or tomato dal ker mix ker len or 2 se 3 minutes tak koylay ka dum laga len.
Afghani mutton curry:
Ingredients
Mutton with bone 1kg
Oil 1 cup
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 4tbsp
Onion boiled & paste 1 cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Cream 1 cup
Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Method
Sab se pehlay ek mixing bowl men mutton salt, green chili, ginger and garlic paste dal ker marinate ker len.
Ab pan men oil garam kay kay marinated mutton ko fry ker len. Phir tomato puree, onion paste, dahi or tamam ajza dal ker itna pakaen kay mutton gal jae phir akhir men cream dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or masala alag alag hojae phir hara dhania dal ker serve karen.
Fried reshmi kabab:
Ingredients
Chicken mince 500 gm
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili big 2
Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp
Zeera powder 1 tsp
Iliachi powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Beef fat / cream 75 gm / 40 gm
Bread slices 1
Oil for frying
Method
Ek mixing bowl men chicken or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len phir in ajza ko chopper men dal ker chop ker len phir chicken kay mixture ko tray men nikal ker achi tarahan masala ker kabab ki shakal day ker halki aanch per oil men fry ker len.
Mix fruit kheer:
Ingredients
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Rice cutter ¼ cup
Fruit cocktail ½ cup
Saffron essence few drops
Method
Ek mixing bowl men rice dal ker 30 minutes tak bhigo den phir rice ko hamam dastay men dal ker mota mota pees len. Sauce pan men milk boil ker len jab boil ajae to sugar or rice shamil ker kay kheer ko itna pakaen kay kheer garhi hojaen phir kheer men zafran essence or fruits dal ker mazeed 1 se 2 minutes tak pakaen. Phir serving dish men nikal ker thanda ker kay serve karen.
