Banarsi Tandoori Biryani :
Ingredients:
Boiled basmati rice ½ kg
Chicken ½ kg
Peas 2 cups
Potatoes 2
Yogurt 250 grams
Dry plum 50 grams
Lemon 2
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala ½ packet
Tomatoes 2
Biryani essence few drops
Onion 2
Coriander ½ bunch
Mint ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies 4
Method:
In a pot add chicken tandoori masala ,1/2 cup of oil ,1 tsp ginger garlic add and leave for ½ hour. Now cook on low heat .when meat tender then do the smoke .after this heat oil and fry onion then ginger garlic ,tomatoes ,peas ,potatoes ,carrot ,dry plump ,red chili ,salt ,turmeric ,ginger garlic add and cook for 20 minutes .when vegetables tender then add yogurt ,coriander ,mint ,green chili ,lemon add .finally add tandoori chicken add then add rice and leave for 20 minutes and serve .

Phali Qeema :
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Beans ½ kg
Tomatoes 250 grams
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Bay leaves 1
All spices powder ½ tsp
Green chili, green coriander ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry beans then remove .now add ginger garlic and all spices add then add mince and roast. Then add tomatoes and beans add and cook on low heat for ½ hours cook. Finally add green chili and green coriander add and serve.

Macaroni and cucumber salad :
Ingredients:
Boiled macaroni 1 cup
Cucumber chopped 2
Mint 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped 1
Method:
In a bowl all ingredients mix and serve .
