Ingredients:
Beef mince 250gm
1 tbsp Italaya Olive Oil
Bajre ka aata 4tbsp heaped
Besan 1tbsp heaped
Onion 2medium finely chopped
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Crushed red chilli 1tsp
Turmeric pinch
Salt to taste
Corriander seeds 1tbsp crushed
Egg 1
Green Corriander 2tbsp
Method:
Add mince red chilli powder turmeric ginger garlic paste and salt in a pan. Cook mince till it is fully done. Now keep it aside till it cools down to room temperature. Now in a bowl add mince, all the remaining ing nd salt except tomato and mix well with ur hands until it is well combined. Add small pieces of tomatoes without seeds and mix. Now add kabab in oil and deep fry on medium flame so that it’ll not taste raw from the centre. U can make size and shape of ur choice, we like crispy thats why i make ball size kababs. After adding 3,4 kabab if u see that it is spreading apart than add more bajre ka aata in mixture so that it combines well.
