Chicken drumsticks coated with creamy marination and cooked in air fryer.

BADAMI TANGDI KEBAB

Ingredients

4-6 chicken drumsticks
Paste of 8-10 almonds
1½ tbsp green chilli-ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp crushed black peppercorns
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt to taste
1½ tbsps gram flour (besan)
1 tbsp hung yogurt
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp white pepper powder
Lemon wedges, for serving
Onion rings, for serving

Method

1. Make light incisions on the chicken drumsticks and place them in a bowl. Add green chilli-ginger-garlic paste, crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice, salt and rub onto the chicken drumsticks. Marinate for 20-25 minutes.
2. For the second marinade, mix together yogurt, gram flour, fresh cream, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, white pepper powder and mix well. Add the chicken legs and keep aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Grease the basket of the air fryer with a little oil. Place the marinated chicken pieces in it and fit it to fryer. Spread the remaining marinade on the chicken drumsticks and cook at 180° C for 15 minutes.
4. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
