Chicken 1 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste2 tsp
Salt to taste
Whole black pepper 7 to 8
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter( ghee )
Italia olive oil 2 tsp
Coriander seeds 1tbsp heaped (roasted n crushed)
Cumin (roasted and crushed) 1tbsp heaped
Tomatoes 1/2 kg
All spice powder to taste
Green chillies few
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Take ghee and olive oil. Heat and add chicken. Cook till colour changes. Add tomato pieces, cover the lid and cook for few minutes till soft add whole and crushed black pepper, salt and green chillies, ginger garlic paste, little water and cook till oil leaves sides. When the oil comes at the top, add crushed coriander, zeera, all spice powder and fresh coriander.
Give koyla dum at the end and drizzle olive oil and seal the lid.
