Afghani Tikka :
Ingredients:
Undercut ½ kg
Fat 250 grams
Onion 1 bunch
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil as required
Tomatoes 2
Onion 2
Coal 1
Boiled pasta 1 packet
Method:
Grind the garlic and onion .now strain with cloth .then in a pot then add fat ,meat ,salt ,black pepper ,onion and garlic water add and leave for whole night .now sewing on skewer fat and boti then fry .after this add 2 tomatoes and onion pieces grill .finally do the coal smoke and serve with pasta .
Persian Carrot Rice :
Ingredients:
Chicken breast ½ kg
Sugar 4 tbsp
Almond 100 grams
Raisin 100 grams
Orange peel 100 grams
Whole all spices 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Carrot ½ kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Rice basmati soaked 1/5 kg
Stock 2 cups
Method:
In clarified butter and fry onion .now add garlic ,gram masala ,2 cup stock ,salt and black pepper add .when 2 to 4 boil come then add rice and chicken shredded add .when done then stove slow add finely cut carrot ,almond ,raisin ,orange peel add .now add sugar pour in a pan and make caramel .when ready then pour in rice and then serve it .
Yogurt Salad:
Ingredients
Cream cheese ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Boiled potatoes 2
Cucumber 2
Cabbage 1 cup
Tomatoes 2
Corn seeds 1 cup
Sugar 1tsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Method
Beat cream cheese, yogurt, mustard paste, black pepper, salt, sugar and crushed red pepper together, now add and mix veggies in this mixture &serve.
