Ingredients:
2 Potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
1 cup cottage cheese (paneer) grated
1 cup cauliflower, grated
1 cup cabbage, grated
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp red chillie powder
oil for frying
1 tbsp clarified butter
1 tsp salt
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the grated cauliflower and cabbage.
After frying for few minutes, add potatoes, cheese, green chillies and 1/2 tsp salt and cook until the water dries up.
Remove it from the flame and let it cool.
Make small balls of the mixture and place aside.
Prepare a batter by mixing maida, 1/2 tsp salt, lal mirch and 1 cup water.
Heat oil in a pan. Dip all the balls in maida batter and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.
Serve them hot.
