  • چکن وِنگز آدھا کلو
  • نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • (لال مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ (پسی ہوئی
  • لہسن کا پیسٹ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • سویا سوس ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • چلی گارلک سوس ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • سرکہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • کارن فلور حسبِ ضرورت
  • تیل فرائنگ کےلئے

ترکیب

 

  • چکن وِنگز کو نمک، پسی لال مرچ، لہسن کا پسٹ، سویا سوس، چلی گارلک سوس اور سرکہ سے تیس منٹ تک میری نیٹ کریں۔
  • اب پین میں چکن ونگز کو ڈھک کر پکائیں یہاں تک کہ پانی خشک ہو جائے۔
  • اب وِنگز کو چولہے سے ہٹا کر ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں۔
  • پھر کارن فلور میں اچھی طرح کوٹ کرکے گرم تیل میں گولڈن فرائی کرلیں۔
  • کرسپی فرائیڈ وِنگز تیار ہیں۔
