  • چکن بون لیس کیوبز آدھا کپ
  • سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • ہلدی ایک چٹکی
  • سرکہ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • کیچپ دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • شملہ مرچ ایک عدد (کیوبز میں کاٹ لیں)
  • پیاز ایک عدد (اسکوائز کیوبز میں کاٹ لیں)
  • تیل ایک چوتھائی کپ
  • نیشنل تندوری مصالحہ دو کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب

  • چکن کیوبز کو سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر، ہلکی، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، سرکہ، کیچپ اور نیشنل تندوری مصالحہ کے ساتھ میری نیٹ کر لیں۔
  • اسے تیس منٹ تک رکھ دیں۔
  • پیاز اور شملہ مرچ کیوبز کو بھی اس آمیزے میں میری نیٹ کر لیں۔
  • سیخ پر پہلے شملہ مرچ اس کے بعد پیاز اور پھر چکن لگائیں۔
  • پین میں تیل گرم کر کے اس میں دس منٹ تک فرائی کر  لیں یا گرل کر لیں۔
