  • مکھن ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • کٹی ہری مرچ دو عدد
  • کُٹا ہوا سفید زیرہ ایک تہائی چائے کا چمچ
  • پسی ہری الائچی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • دہی ایک کپ
  • نمک آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • کٹا ہر ادھنیا دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • اُبلے انڈے چار عدد

ترکیب

  • ایک برتن میں مکھن گرم کریں۔
  • اس میں کٹی ہری مرچ ڈال کر ایک منٹ تک ڈھک کر پکائیں۔
  • اس میں کُٹا ہوا سفید زیرہ اور پسی ہری الائچی ڈال کر مکس کریں اور برتن کو چولہے سے ہٹا لیں۔
  • ایک پیالے میں ایک کپ دہی، نمک، کٹا ہرا دھنیا اور فرائی کیا ہوا آمیزہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
  • اب اُبلے انڈے کاٹ کر سرونگ ڈش میں ترتیب سے رکھیں۔
  • اس پر پھینٹا ہوا دہی ڈال دیں اور ٹھنڈا کر کے پیش کریں۔
