Thick creamy rabdi made with the seasonal fruit ‘Custard Apple’. Try it out and indulge !

SITAPHAL RABDI

Ingredients

Pulp of 2 medium custard apples (sitaphal)
4 cups full fat milk
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
Almond slivers for garnishing
Pistachio slivers for garnishing

Method

1. Heat milk in non-stick pan till it comes to a boil. Keep stirring till it thickens at the edges. Cook on medium heat till it reduces to half.
2. Transfer in a bowl and set aside to cool.
3. Add powdered sugar, custard apple pulp and cardamom powder, mix well and blend slowly.
4. Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers and serve chilled.
