Make delicious Karahi Gosht at home with this simple and easy recipe

Karahi Gosht:

Ingredients:
Beef 1 kg
Tomato (medium) 6-7
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Green chili as required
Coriander as required
Oil/ clarified butter 1 cup
Karahi gosht masala 1 packet

Method:
Heat oil/ clarified butter, cook beef until it turns golden brown. Then add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for a while. Then add swaad karahi gosht masala. Cook well. Now add as required water and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. Then add tomato and cook on low heat until the water is dry. Now add green chili and cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes. In the end serve hot with naan.

Fried Dhaga Kabab:
Beef mince ½ kg
Green coriander (chopped) 1 bunch
Fried onion 1
Lemon 2
Bread slices 4
Green chilies 4
White cumin 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala 2 tbsp
Roasted chickpeas 4tbsp
Raw papaya 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1- ½ cup
Coal 1
Dipitt sauce 1 cup
Method:
In a grinder add 2 tbsp roasted chickpeas, 1 tbsp poppy seed, garam masala, redchili and salt grind. Then add grinded masala in beef mince with 2 bread slices to blend in chopper. Then add 1 fried onion and 4 green chilies to mix and add 2 tbsp raw papaya to knead and leave it for 10 minutes and do the smoked. Now make small round kabab and shallow fry them. Now place it in a big frying pan and add 2 lemon juice, barbecue sauce, all spice powder and finely chopped green coriander sprinkle from top to simmer for 5 minutes and serve.

Pizza Fries:

Ingredients:
Chicken nuggets 1 packet
French fries 1 packet
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Chili sauce 6 tbsp
Chaat masala 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Pizza sauce 3 tbsp
Black olives 3 tbsp

Method:
Fry the chicken nuggets in hot oil. Then in a bowl add mayonnaise and red chili sauce. Mix well. Then in a pan pour French fries ,nuggets, pizza sauce and then pour the sauce on top . In the end sprinkle chaat masala ,cheddar cheese and black olives and cook for 2 minutes and serve.
