Behari Kabab:
Ingredients:
Chicken fillets 1 kg
Poppy seeds paste 2 tbsp
yogurt 4 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Brown onions 2
Onion paste 1
Mustard Oil 4-5 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
All spice 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken pasanday with kashkash paste, ginger paste, salt and papaya paste. Keep for 1 -2 hours.
Now mix onion paste (drain onion water properly), all spice; chili powder and black pepper
Leave for 1-1/2 hours. Now grind brown onion with yogurt and mix now. In the end add oil.
Mix them evenly. Leave for 1/2 an hour. Put them on skewers. Now time for barbque.Serve with hot puri or paratha, green raita and salad .Enjoy this scrumptious recipe.
Besan Aur Suji Ka Halwa:
Ingredients
Gram flour 2cups
Cardamom 8
Raisin 10
Milk 1cup
Semolina 2cups
Sugar 3cups
Water ½ cup
Clarified butter ½ cup
Almond pistachios as required
Method
In a pan add ½ cup clarified butter , now add 8 cardamom , when you get aroma add 2 cups of semolina and 2 cups gram flour now roast and remove , now in a pan add 2cups water , sugar and cook for 5 min, before it becomes liquid , add semolina and gram flour and roast well , now add raisins , now add milk and stir well ,when it rise , dish out in grease platter , spread and sprinkle dry fruits lastly cool and cut and serve.
Sheermal:
Ingredients
Flour ½ kg
Egg 1
Yeast 1tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Milk for kneading
Caster sugar ½ cup
Method:
Yeast soaked in water and leave for 10 minutes .when raise in double shape then in woke add flour, egg, sugar, salt and clarified butter then knead well and leave for 20 minutes .after this make small balls then another bowl and pour sugar and water then dissolve it then brush on on loaf and do the hole with the fork .after this bake on preheated oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes.
