Ingredients :
Bhindi 250gm
Onion slice 1 cup
Tomatoes slice 1 – 1 / 2 cup
Green chilli chopped 4 to 5
Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
National red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 / 2 tsp
Crush Cumin 1 / 2 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Method :
Take in a pan
add oil,onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic, green chilli cook for 2 min
Add all spice mix it
Add Bhindi cook to 2 min keep stirring and cover with lid cook 10 min medium to low heat.
