Mexican Jalapeno Pizza:
Ingredients for Dough:
Flour 2 cup
Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Corn flour ½ cup
Ingredients for Sauce:
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
White cumin powder 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Tomato puree ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken stock ½ cup
Ingredient for filling:
Beef minced 250 gm
Sweet corn ½ cup
Salt to taste
Chopped capsicum ½ cup
Chopped tomatoes ½ cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Jalapenos pepper 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
Black olive 2 tbsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all ingredient of dough in bowl. Heat oil in sauce pan add all ingredient and cook. For filling heat oil add garlic fry well. Add mince, salt, black pepper cooks well. Add chili garlic sauce. When dough rinse roll in 2 portions. Place in pan pour sauce, then add remaining ingredients. Add cheddar cheese. Add crushed red chilies bake in oven till cheese melt.
Shredded Chicken Cutlets:
Ingredients:
Chicken (shredded) 2cup
Potatoes (boiled) 2cup
Fresh coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
Green chili (finely cut) 2-3
Tartaric (powder) 1tbsp
Cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce leaf as required
Salt 1tsp
Red chili (chopped) 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
All spices (powder) 1/2tsp
Butter 2tbsp
Eggs 2
Breadcrumbs 2cup
Coal 1
Method:
First heat butter in a pan and add the threaded chicken, all spices, green chili, tartaric, turmeric and green coriander. Mix them and smoke it with coal and set it room temperature. Then add and mix the boiled and mashed potatoes to make cutlets. Then dip them in the whipped eggs and breadcrumbs to fry them. Serve it with cucumber, tomatoes and lettuce leaf.
