Refreshing chilled smoothie made with a combination of mangoes and peaches.
MANGO AND PEACH SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
2-3 ripe mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup canned peaches
1 tbsp blanched and peeled almonds
1 cup yogurt
1 cup apple juice
Ice cubes as required
Method
1. Place peaches, mangoes, almonds, ½ cup yogurt and ½ cup apple juice in a blender jar. Blend well.
2. Add remaining apple juice and yogurt and blend again.
3. Add ice cubes and blend once again.
4. Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled.
