Ingredients:
Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 8
National Salt 1 tsp
National vGinger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Oil 1/4 Cup
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pan and add Coriander Seeds and Cumin and roasted it. After that crushed it.
Step 2: Take a pot and add oil and onion and fry it until it become into light pink color and then add Button Red Chilli and slightly fry it and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add salt and stir it and then add beef mince and stir it well and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame with lid.
Step 3: After 10 minutes remove the lid and stir it and then add Coriander and Cumin (from Step 1) and stir it and then add yogurt and stir it on medium flame for 2 minutes. After that add Green Coriander, Ginger and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
Step 4: After that remove lid and stir it and turn off the flame and dish out it and garnish with chopped coriander and ginger. Your Khara Masala Keema Recipe is Ready.
