Hunter Beef:

Ingredients:
Beef (whole) 1 kg
Salt 1 tbsp
Lemon juice ¾ cup
Jaggery (grated) 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 stick
Saltpetre 1 ½ tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Cotton cloth for the beef tie

Method:
Cook saltpetre on the tawa pan until it becomes white and allow it to cool. Now add white pepper, grated jiggery, salt, cinnamon and cumin. Mix and crush well. Then add lemon juice and apply on the beef pieces. Now with the help of a fork and prick well. Then keep it in a fridge for about 5-6 days and upside down every day. Then on the sixth day tie with cotton cloth, add water and cook on low flame for about 2-3 hours until it is tender. In the end allow it to cool and cut it in slices.

Bahari Qeema:

Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Papaya paste 1 ½ tbsp
Salt as required
Fried onion (grated) 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt ¾ cup
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Coal 1 piece
For The Masala:
Red chili (whole) 8-10
Coriander (whole) 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (whole) 1 tsp
Coconut (whole) 1 tbsp
White sesame seeds 1 tsp
Peanuts 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion rings for garnish
Tomato (sliced) for garnish
Lettuce for garnish
Green chili (chopped) for garnish

Method:
Cook all the masala ingredients in oil and crush well. Then marinate beef mince with all the ingredients for about 2-3 hours. Now cook it in a pan. Then on the mince give coal’s smoke and garnish with the garnish ingredients. In the end serve bahari qeema with parathas.
