Ingredients
4 tsp – crushed Garlic
3 tsp – grated Ginger
3 crushed chillies
2 tsp -National Garam Masala
2 tsp – National salt
1 tsp – ground black pepper
2 tbsp – oil
6 x 170 gm – steaks
How to Make Garlic and ginger steaks
Mix together the National garlic, ginger, chillies, National garam masala, National salt, ground black pepper and the oil.
Cut fine slits in the steaks and rub the above mixture into them, on both sides.
Heat a grill on high and cook the steaks until they are brown on both sides.
These taste even better if they are marinated in the above mixture overnight.
