Galawati Beef Kabab :
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Dried mango powder 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tsp
Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Egg 1
Bread slices 2
Chopped green chili 2
Grated onion 2
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Coal 1 piece
Oil for fry
Salad as required
Method:
In a chopper except oil ,bread slice ,egg and onion add a chopped .now add bread slices ,egg and onion mix .then make kabab and fry then do the smoke for coal and serve with salad .
Khattay Aalu:
Ingredients:
Medium potato 1 kg
Turmeric 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
Onion seeds 1tsp
Aniseed 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1tsp
White cumin seeds 1tbsp
Red chili crushed 2tbsp
Whole coriander 2tbsp
Tamarind paste 3tbsp
Lemon juice 4tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Garnish ingredients:
Green chili chopped 4
Coriander chopped ½ bunch
Mint chopped ½ bunch
Method:
Take a flat pan and put 2 tbsp of whole coriander, 1tbsp of 1tbsp of white cumin seeds, 1tsp of mustard seeds, 1tsp of fenugreek seeds and 1 tsp of aniseed and roast it. Now add in this paste 1 tsp of onion seeds, 2 tbsp of red chili crushed, 3 tbsp of tamarind juice, 4 tbsp of lemon juice and salt to taste and mix well and put it in a bowl. Then take 1 kg medium potato, wash it well and boil it for 7 to 10 min and peel it. Now mark cuts on potatoes in the cross shape and fill batter in potato and steam it for 5 min. Now heat oil in a wok and deep fry the potatoes and put it in a pan and cover it to keep them hot. In the end dish out the potatoes and sprinkle ½ bunch of chopped mint, ½ bunch of green coriander chopped and 4 green chilies chopped and Serve it.
Seekh kabab roll :
Ingredients
Seekh kabab 1 packet
Chapatti 4
Onion rings as required
Chutney as required
Mayonnaise as required
Method:
Fry Seekh kabab now put these Seekh kabab on chapatti and add onion rings and chutney then roll and serve it.
