INGREDIENTS:
- Banana 3 cup (ripe, sliced)
- Pomegranate 1 cup
- Persimmon 1 cup (chopped)
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Porridge oats 1 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Caster sugar 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
Method:
Heat butter, add oats and sauté for two to three minutes. Add milk and one cup of water and cook till done. Add caster sugar and cinnamon powder and mix well. Transfer into a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. Keep in the refrigerator to chill. Add bananas and apples and mix well and serve
