Fruit Salad Pasta:
INGREDIENTS:
Pasta (boiled) 1 cup
Apple 2
Melon 1 cup
Lemon Juice ½ tsp
Cucumber 1
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water melon ½ cup
Method:
Finely chopped apple and melon in a bowl, add mayonnaise, honey, black pepper, salt, cinnamon, oil and mix.Now boil pasta,lemon juice , apple, pear, cucumber and mix .finally dish out and garnish with water melon and serve .
Aalu Tarkari:
Ingredients:
Potatoes (round cut) ½ kg
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 2
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Chicken cubes 1
Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion then add all spices and roast well now add 1-1/2 cup of water and add chicken cubes when potatoes tender and gravy thick then add green chili and green coriander and stove off.
Rawa paratha :
Ingredients:
Semolina 1 cup
White flour 2 cup
Milk 2 cup
Caster sugar 4 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Dry milk ½ cup
Clarified butter / oil for frying
Method:
In milk semolina add and soaked for ½ an hour. now add sugar, cardamompowder, clarified butter salt, driedmilk mix and knead. now ½ hour leave. now roll out then dough and make paratha. then heat oil and fry it.
