Ingredients:
Bread Slices 4
Chicken Mince 250 gms
National Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Ginger Powder 1/4 tsp
Egg 1
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Garlic Powder, Coriander Powder, Button Red Chilli, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder, Egg, Onion, Green Chilli and mix it well.
Step 2: Cut the bread slices corners and then cut it into triangle shape and then spread the chicken mince (from step 1) and follow this method for all bread slices and then Shallow frying them from both sides until it’s become into golden brown color. (First fry Chicken mince side)
Your chicken toast are ready.
