Ingredients
- For Meatballs:
- Minced beef 300 g
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Tara hot spices powder 1 tbsp
- Rice 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
- Roasted grams 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- For Gravy:
- Ginger/garlic paste 2 t bsp
- Cardamom 1
- Green cardamom 1
- Green chillies 3
- Onions 1 cup (finely cut)
- Olper Cream 1/4 cup
- Tomato puree 1 1/2 cups
- Cinnamon 1 inch stick
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Tara hot spices powder 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
Cooking Directions

Finely blend grams, rice and poppy seeds.

Add minced meat and remaining spices and blend again.

Add 1 tbsp cream to the mince, make small balls and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pot. Fry onions till golden.

Add remaining curry ingredients and cook till oil separates.

Add meatballs one at a time and let simmer on low flame.

When gravy thickens and meatballs are cooked, add remaining cream and keep on dum.

Dish out and garnish with fenugreek and fresh cream.

To prepare Tara hot spices, finely grind 2 tsp whole peppercorns, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander and 12 cloves.
