COOKIE DOUGH CUPS
Ingredients
1½ cups refined flour (maida)
1 cup grams butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
¼ cup castor sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 egg
50 grams whipped cream
Colourful edible sprinklers for garnishing
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
2. In a bowl, add butter, vanilla essence, baking powder, salt, castor sugar, brown sugar, refined flour and egg in a bowl and mix to a stiff dough.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and line individual cupcake moulds with a portion of the cookie dough. Make a cavity in the centre of each.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, demould and allow to cool slightly.
5. Transfer to a serving plate. Pipe out whipped cream inside the cavities, garnish with sprinklers and serve immediately.
