Chocolate waffles
Maida 1 cup
Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder 1tbsp
Sugar 2tbsp
Eggs 2
Chocolate essences few drops
Milk 3/4 cup
Chocolate sauce 2tbsp
Italia olive oil 5tbsp
Chocolate grated 3tbsp
Method
Sift together flour and baking powder. Add cocoa powder and sugar and mix well. Add eggs and chocolate essences and mix well. Add milk and mix to get the proper consistency. Add chocolate sauce, italia olive oil and grated chocolate and mix well. Transfer the batter in greased silicon waffles mould and bake fo 30 minutes. Serve with chocolate sauce or maple syrup.
