Chocolate Crunch Kulfi :
Ingredients:
Milk ½ liter
Sugar 1 cup
Cream 1 packet
Almond 100 grams
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
Condensed milk ½ cup
Method:
Boil the milk .then add ½ cup of sugar and corn flour dissolve in water and cool it .then blend it and add cream ,condensed milk ,gelatin powder dissolve in water and pour in a blender and blend it .now pour in kulfi molds and freeze it for 1 hour till half freeze .now ½ cup of sugar add in a fry pan then make caramel and add almond .then spread in fry and cool it .when freeze then cut it .now 1 by 1 on tbsp of kulfi pour in mold and then add chocolate chips and stir it and again freeze it
Palak Qeema Methi:
Ingredients
Chicken mince ½ kg
Green peas 1 cup
Fenu greek 250 gm
Spinach 1 bunch
Dill 250 gm
Green chilies 10
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 250 gm
Onions 250 gm
Coriander ground 2 tsp
Red chilies 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Cinnamon 1 piece
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Aalu Hara Piyaz Pulao :
Ingredients:
Boiled sella rice ½ kg
Potatoes cubed ½ kg
Spring onion ½ kg
Peas 1 cup
Green chilies 10
Whole spices 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chicken cubes 2
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Coriander 1 bunch
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Potatoes and whole spices fry .now add spring onion peas ,green chilies ,ginger garlic ,chicken cubes and salt and 2 cup of water mix .when water boil then add boil rice and keep on dum for 10 minutes .finally add green coriander and serve .
