Flavours of pomegranate and chilli mixed together to make this extra delicious Sorbet. You just can’t miss out on this exclusive recipe.

POMEGRANATE CHILLI SORBET

Ingredients

4 cups fresh pomegranate juice
1 tsp Tata Sampann Chilli Powder
¾ cup sugar
1½ tsps black salt
½ tsp crushed black peppercorns
1½ tsps roasted cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
7-8 mint leaves

Method

1. Heat pomegranate juice in a deep pan, add sugar and mix well. Add black salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and Tata Sampann Chilli Powder. Mix well.
2. Add a few mint leaves and mix. Cook till the mixture reduces a little bit. Take it off the heat and strain into another bowl.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add the chilled mixture into an ice cream churner bucket. Place it on the churner and churn it for 20 minutes.
4. Transfer the mixture into an air tight container and freeze till set.
5. Scoop and serve.
