Ingredients
Plain flour 1/2 kg
National Salt 2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Chicken boneless 1/2 cup
National Red chilli 1-1/2 tbsp
National Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
National Cumin seed 1 tbsp
National Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
National Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Coal 1 piece
Cooking Directions
Knead the plain flour and make a bread (paratha).
Chop chicken boneless into small pieces.
Add salt, cumin, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice in it.
Also add turmeric and red pepper.
Mix the chicken well in these spices.
Leave them for marination for an hour.
Add some oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken in it.
Heat the coal piece on flame.
Put the fried chicken in a pan.
Place the heated coal piece in the middle.
Cover the lid for 5 minutes.
Now remove the coal piece and mix the fried chicken well.
Place fried chicken on the bread (paratha).
Add finely chopped onion and tomato on it.
Also add tamarind and corriander dip on it.
Roll the bread (paratha) and serve.
