Chapli Bun Kabab :
Ingredients for kabab:
Boiled potato ½ kg
Boiled beef mince 1 cup
Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
Crushed cumin 1-1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
Crushed pomegranate 2 tbsp
Chopped onion, tomato ¾ cup
Chopped green coriander, green chili 4 tbsp
Corn flour ½ cup
Egg 2
Oil for frying
Ingredients for bun:
Buns 6
Oil as required
Ketchup as required
Tomato, cucumber, onion, lettuce leave as required
For chutney:
Green coriander ½ cup
Green chili 2-3 tsp
Salt ¾ tsp
Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
White cumin 1 tsp
For salad:
Finely cut cabbage 1 cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
For making kabab except egg and oil all ingredients mix and make kabab .now dip in egg and fry in oil .for chantey all ingredients mix and grind it .after this add salad ingredients mix .now cut the buns from the medium and roast .now spread the ketchup ,tomato ,cucumber ,onion ,lettuce leave and ready chutney and keep second slice .finally serve with chutney .

Cocktail chaat:
Ingredients:
Boiled white chickpeas 2 cups
Boiled potato 1 cup
Boiled red kidney beans 1 cup
Bananas 2
Sour chuntey 4 tbsp
Sweet chuntey 4 tbsp
Chaat masala 1-1/2 tsp
Papri as required
Green coriander, green chili as required
Finely sav as required
Method:
Papri pour on glass now add boil white chickpeas ,boil potato ,boil red kidney ,banana ,sweet and sour chantey and chaat masala mix .then pour in small glasses .finally garnish with green coriander , green chili and sav .

Shakarkandi Ka Meetha:
Ingredients;
Boil sweet potatoes 3-4
Milk ½ litter
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Dried milk 1 cup
Finely cut pistachios as required
Small cardamom powder ½ tsp
Method:
Boiled sweet potato cut in to pieces .now heat milk add small cardamom powder and condensed and cook till than boil ,then add sweet potato and cook .after this mix dried milk .finally pour in small bowl and garnish with pistachios.
