Ingredients :
Flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt pinch
Yeast 1tbsp
Egg 1
Warm milk 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Parsley optional
Method :
Take in a bowl Add all ingredients mix it knead it Rest 1 hrs Now again knead it
roll out in small balls.
Roll out spread butter repeat this method 4 times.
Cut into small balls.
Set in baking tray.
Brush milk and bake for 25 to 30 min at 200°c.
