Ingredients :
1 kg qeema (hath ka pista hua )
1/2 cup yougurt
1 tbsp meat tenderizer
1.5 ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp besan
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp haldi
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp fresh black pepper grounded
1 tbsp Garam masala pwd
Salt to taste
1 cup oil / ghee or butter
1 medium sized onion
Coal for dum
method :
Marinate qeema with meat tenderizer, gg paste, and yougurt for half an hour.
Now ina pan put all dry ingredients and roast dry masala till you get smell of besan abs masala and it slightly changes the colour. Now add this masala to qeema and marinate for another half an hour, fry one small onion in a ghee or oioil once it get golden. Now add marinated qeema fry a little then add 1cup of water and mix and cook on dum with lid tightly covered for 30 mins. Be careful of water dries out u can add more water. After 30 mind check consistency if it is fine then give coal dum and ur yummy kababs are ready. Serve with chapati and raita.
