Mutton White Karahi:
Ingredients
Mutton 1kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chili paste 2tbsp
Butter 50gm
Salt 1tsp
Cream 2tbsp
Coriander 1tbsp
Yogurt 1-1/4 cup
Black pepper crushed 1tbsp
Lemon juice 4tbsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Ginger cut lengthwise 2tbsp
Oil or clarified butter as required
Method.
Heat oil or butter , roast ginger garlic paste , add mutton and roast 5 min , now add yogurt , green chili paste , salt and cover it and cook on medium flame till tender , now add ginger , black pepper , cream and butter simmer for 5 min , lastly garnish it with coriander , serve it with cream , lemon juice and butter.
Tikka Boti Mash Ki Daal:
Ingredients
Tikka boti 1packet
Black lentil ½ kg
Tomatoes 250 gm
Finely chopped ginger 1 piece
Onion 1
Green chilies 4
Garlic cloves 4
Butter 100 gm
Red chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
Fenugreek 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
In a pan, add lentils , turmeric and boil. When tender , removes from the stove.
In a pan, heat oil add onion fry add green chilies, tomatoes, cumin seeds, fenugreek, crushed red chilies, salt and fry.now add tikkas .
Then add in daal and mix well and removes from the stove.
For tempering:
In a pan, heat butter add garlic cloves and fry add cumin seeds and give tempering.
