This beef chili dry recipe is made from sliced beef strips that are well marinated and then fried in a mixture of oil and garlic and stirred till its cooked to perfection. They are served with plain rice.

Beef Chilli Dry:
Ingredients for Marinate:
500 gm sliced beef strips
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg white whipped
1 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic
2 Green pepper
4-6 Green Chilies
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp vinegar
Oil to fry
Instructions
Marinade the beef strip in the marinade ingredients for thirty minutes
Pour a lug of oil into a hot wok and stir fry the garlic till it starts to sizzle and change colored
Now stir fry the beef, I like to get nice caramelly bits
Keep moving the beef around in the wok so it doesn’t stick together, it cooks fairly quickly
Add the strips of green pepper and chillies as well as the remaining ingredients, stir fry on high for 2-3 minutes, taste, adjust seasoning if needed with vinegar, pepper and soy. (I always add more!)
Serve with plain rice
Box Patties:
Ingredients
Cabbage 1
Green onion 1
Capsicum 1
Chicken 250 gm
Cheese as required
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
Roll patti as required
Breadcrumbs as required
Egg 1-2
Cut all veg n sauté .boil chicken n shered it. Then make a sauce with mayo n chili garlic sauce then make a box patties with roll pati and dip in bread crumb n egg then fry it
Dry Fruit Salad:
Ingredients
Mix dry fruits 1cup
Apple 1
Boiled potato 1
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Sugar to taste
Salt 1 pinch
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Mix all ingredients, chilled it
Kacha Qeema Kabab Karahi:
Ingredients
Beef minced 500 gm
Tomatoes 500 gm
Onions 250 gm
Raw papaya 100 gm
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
All spice 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Oil as required
Bread crumbs 100 gm
Egg 1-2
Method
we marinate qeema with salt lal mairch haldi garam masala kacha papita coriemder powder n add bread crum n egg n marinate it
Gravy
Heat oil add chop onion n fry it then add chop tomatoes n ginger galuc paste n karahi masla .
Shallow fry a qeema .make a kabab with qeema n shallow fry it n mix in gravy add daniya hari mirch n dam it
