On 20th October, Friday, an event was organized on the theme of Arabian Night at Nadia Cafe – Marriott Karachi in an oasis of great middle-eastern food in the heart of Karachi .The event was set in an exotic and comfortable ambiance; Arabian night offered a customized menu of authentic Arabian cuisine.
Everything seemed perfectly Arabic to match its delicious buffet of Middle Eastern food; from their befitting decor to red and gold lights which exuded grandeur, apt show pieces, people wearing traditional Arabic clothes and a playlist which could inspire an Arab out of you.
Moreover, An Italian chef Antonio Conforti joined Marriott hotel Karachi as an Executive Chef .He deals and supervises all the food served in the events, and he is the one who decides the menu and he believes in perfection. His specialty is Italian food but he holds a tight grip on other cuisines too and he is pretty much fond of Pakistani food.
Heading towards to ‘Arabian Night’s’ food, the more it was engaging the more it tasted great. The enticing fragrance of steamed chicken to the deliciousness of sea food to the juiciness of mutton mandi, the smooth curds and flavorful authentic Arabian treats, everything was outstanding, taste and appearance wise.
Everything was perfect whether it was the ambiance of Café Nadia, or the taste of Arabian night food. The most of all their hospitable chefs, managers and super friendly staff who stayed on their toes to serve hot piping food to customers. Overall it was a unique and great event held at Marriot last week.
