Ingerdients:
Oil 1/2 cup
Onions 1large sliced
Tomatoes 2 large chopped
Potatoes 6 large cubed
Eggs 12 scrambled
Green chillies 3 chopped
National salt 1 tsp
National red chilli powder 1tsp
National turmeric 1/2 tsp
National Cumin seeds 1tbsp
National Garam Masala 1tsp
Fenugreek leaves 1 1/2 tbsp

Recipe:
Put oil in a pan, add onions and cook till transparent. Add tomatoes and green chillies.
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, fenugreek leaves mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes to the surface.
Add potatoes and 1 glass of water. Cook on medium flame till the potatoes are completely cooked and water dries.
Add eggs and keep stirring till the eggs are completely mixed and looks like scrambled eggs. Medium flame.
Add green chillies and fresh coriander and all spices and mix well and serve hot.
