Ingredients
- Lady fish 6
- Oil for frying
- For Marinade:
- Fenugreek seeds 1 small pinch
- Mustard seeds 1 pinch
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 tsp
- Chaat masala to taste
Grind fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and carom seeds. Mix all ingredients of the marinade and coat on the fish and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Heat oil and fry till crisp and golden.Sprinkle over chaat masala and serve.
