Ingredients
Mince ½ kg (thinly chopped by machine)
Capsicum 1 (very finely chopped)
Tomato 1 (discard the seeds and finely cubed)
Bread 1 sliced (soaked in water and squeezed)
Green chillies 6 (finely chopped)
Oil ¼ cup
Onion ½ cup (finely chopped)
Ginger 1 inch piece (finely chopped)
National All spice 1 tsp (leveled)
National Salt 1 tsp
National Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp (heaped)
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Malai 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions
Mix together mince, capsicum, tomato, onion, green chillies, chopped ginger, ginger/garlic paste, lemon juice, all spices, salt, coriander leaves, cashew nuts paste, malai and bread slices.
Make into medium size kababs.
Then fry kebabs in a small amount of oil in a shallow pre-heated pan.
Note: can be use almond’s paste instead of cashew nuts paste and fresh cream instead of malai.
You can make these kebabs with any kind of meat like chicken, beef or mutton.
