1/2 kg – mince Meat
2 – Onions
2 tbsp – green chilli-coriander leaves paste
1/2 tsp – National Garam Masala powder
1 tbsp – National Red Chilli powder
National Salt to taste
1 tsp – National coriander powder
How to Make Kaccha keema ke kebab (Mince meat kebab)
Wash mince meat, drain.
Grind shallow – fried onion and add to mince meat.
Add green chilli-coriander paste.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Marinate for 1-2 hours and shape into balls.
Deep fry on medium flame.
Serve with salad and chutney.
