Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- National 4 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- National 1 tbsp garlic paste
- National 1 tsp red chili powder
- National 1 tsp coriander powder
- National 1 tsp cumin powder
- National 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- National salt to taste
Cooking Method
- In a shallow bowl, mix together vinegar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste and salt.
- Put fish fillets in this paste.Toss well.
- Marinate fish for at least 30 minutes.Heat oil in a shallow pan or a griddle.
- Fry fish on each side for 6-8 minutes or until cooked thorough.
- Take it out in a serving dish.
- Garnish with salad leaves and lemon wedges.
- Tawa Fish is ready to serve.ENJOY!
