Chicken Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 250 gms
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
National Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
National Salt 1/4 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Coating Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1/4 tsp
Chilled Water
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, National Salt, National Garlic Powder, Button Red Chilli, Vinegar, National Soya Sauce, National Chilli Sauce and mix it well.
Step 2: Now take another bowl and add Plain Flour, Corn Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and mix it well.
Step 3: Now take chicken pieces (from step 1) and coating with this dry batter (from step 2) and then strainer it and then dip it into chilled water and again coating it and strainer it. Follow this Step for all chicken pieces.
Step 4: Now take a karahi/pan and deep fry it on medium flame (your oil should be medium preheat First) fry it for 10 minutes on medium flame. After that your Chicken Hot Shots is Ready.
