  • نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • سرکہ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • گرم مصالحہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • پسی لال مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • کُٹی لال مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • دہی دو کھانے کے چمچ
  • کارن فلور چار کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب

  • چکن ونگز کو ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، انڈا، اورنج رنگ، کُٹا ہوا دھنیا، نمک، سرکہ، گرم مصالحہ، پسی لال مرچ، کُٹی لال مرچ، دہی اور کارن فلور لگا کر ایک گھنٹے کے لیے چھوڑ دیں۔
