Shrimps in siracha sauce:

Ingredients

Shrimps 1packet
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
Spring onion finely chopped 3 tbsp
Capsicum cut in julienne 1
Thai red chilies finely chopped 2
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Siracha sauce 3 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for topping

Sesame oil 1 tsp
Sesame seeds toasted 1 tbsp
Green onion leaves chopped 2 tbsp

Method

Heat oil in a wok, fry shrimps for 2 mins on high flame, remove and keep aside. Put ginger garlic in the same oil with chopped chilies, chili flakes and fry, add in water, soya sauce, siracha sauce, brown sugar, cook till sauce thick, add in spring onions and capsicum, return the sauted shrimps in the pan, coat well in sauce, remove in a platter, top with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions.

Black pepper beef:

Ingredients to marinate :

Undercut thinly sliced ½ kg
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Baking soda ½ tsp

Ingredients for stir frying

Oil ¼ cup
Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Onion 1 sliced
Spring onion chopped ¼ cup
Bell pepper red ½ julienne

Ingredients for sauce
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chicken stock ½ cup
Corn flour 1 tsp
Method
Put all the ingredients for sauce in a bowl, mix and keep aside. Marinate the beef with corn flour, soya sauce, sesame oil and baking soda for 30 mins. Heat oil in a wok, stir fry marinated beef on high flame for 5 mins, remove and keep aside. Add more oil to the wok, fry ginger, black pepper and onion, add in red bell pepper and spring onion, return the cooked beef to the wok, add in the mixed sauce, stir fry till sauce thickens, serve with rice.

Chicken egg drop soup:

Ingredients

Chicken stock 6 cups
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Ginger grated 1 tbsp
Sliced mushrooms 6
Cream style corn 1 can
Chicken 1 cup finely chopped
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Corn flour soaked 4 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
White soya sauce 1 tbsp
eggs well beaten 2
Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method

Heat oil, sauté chicken, add in stock, ginger, add in seasonings, sauces, mushrooms, cream of corn, chicken powder, sesame oil, cook till boiling, add dissolved corn flour, keep stirring, pour in beaten eggs very gently, remove.
