chicken tikka cutlets
Ingredients
250gm boneless chicken
2tbsp yogurt
1tbsp lemon juice
1tsp soya sauce
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tbsp tikka masala
2tbsp Italia olive oil
1 small onion roughly chopped
4tbsp cheddar cheese
1kg boiled potatoes
1tbsp lemon juice
Handful coriander leaves
2 green chilli chopped
salt and blackpepper to taste
Egg as required
Marinate boneless chicken 250gm (cut into small pieces) in 2tbsp yogurt, 1tbsp lemon juice , 1tsp soya sauce, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tbsp tikka masala n 2tbsp italia olive oil.marinate chicken for an hour. Cook on slow flame. Mix well n fry the chicken then add 1 small onion finely chopped n mix well . Cook till chicken tender n dries. Lastly add cheddar cheese 4tbsp n mix well. Cook for five minutes n remove from flame. Keep aside.
In 1kg boil n mashed potatoes add 1tbsp lemon juice, handful coriander leaves , 2 green chilli chopped. Add salt n blackpepper to taste. Take potatoes in hand and put the chicken filling in center and make the kebab shape. Dip in eggs and deep fry the kebabs. Serve with tomato ketchup.
