Ingredients : potato 1 / 2 kg

Beef minced 1 kg

Ginger garlic chopped 24 tbsp 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Cumin powder 1 tsp 

National red chilli powder 1 tbsp 

Green chilli to taste 

Onion paste 1 / 2 cup 

Tomatoes slice 1 cup 

Oil 1 cup 

Method : 

Take in a pan add oil 

Add minced onion  tomatoes and all spice cook 15 min low flame. 

Add potatoes and yoghurt cook 10 min. 

Add oil keep stir 2 3 min.

Sprinkle corinder.
