Digestive Biscuits:

Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour 2 cup
Wheat bran 1 cup
Butter 1 ½ cup
Egg 1
Icing sugar 1 ½ cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oats (powdered) 1 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup

Method:
In a mixer add butter, sugar and cream. Mix well. Then add egg, mix well. Now add vanilla essence and milk. Mix well. Then add whole wheat flour, wheat bran, salt, oats and baking soda. Mix properly. Now shape into a cookie. Place it on a baking tray and bake in an oven at 170 c for about 15-20 minutes. Remove and serve.

Cheese Ball Tarts:

Ingredients:
Chicken cheese balls 1 packet
Cheddar cheese 1 ½ cup
Eggs 4
Cream 1 packet
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp

For The Dough:
Flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 1 cup
Egg 1

Method:
For the dough in a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead well with water to medium soft dough. Set aside for 1 hour. Then roll out the dough and line the tart pan with it. Now in a bowl add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Then pour the filling in the tarts and bake in an oven on 180 c for about 15-18 minutes. Remove and serve.

Chatpata Grilled Chicken:

Ingredients:
Chicken leg boneless 4 pieces
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 6 tbsp
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Hot sauce 6 tbsp
Green chili sauce 6 tbsp

Method:
In a bowl add chicken leg boneless, salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce and green chili sauce. Mix well and marinate for about 4-5 hours. Then heat oil in a grill pan and cook the chicken on a medium heat on both sides for about 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
