Aalu Bukharay ki Chutney :
Ingredients:
Dried Plums 1 cup
Sugar 4 tbsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Melon seeds 2 tbsp
Red Food Color 1 pinch
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Water 2 cups

Method:
Add all ingredients in a pan and bring it to boil, cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Mix well and preserve in a bottle.

Bhagray Masoor ki Daal:
Ingredients:
Black Lentil 1 cup
Onion 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Dried Mango Powder as required
Salt to taste
Ingredients for Tempering:
Oil ½ cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 8
Method:
Wash the Black Lentil in warm water then add 2 to 3 cup of water add and cook .now add onion, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste ,turmeric and coriander powder mix .when well tender then grind it .now dried mango powder ,salt and warm water mix and cook for few hours .for tempering in a pan heat oil and all ingredients add and fry than pour in lentil .

Tikka Malai Handi :
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka boti 1 packet
Onion 1 large
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Cream 1 packet
Cream cheese ½ cup
Dried fenugreek 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Cayenne chilli pepper paste 4 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Nutmeg 1 pinch
Mace 1 pinch
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Chicken stock 4 cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry chicken tikka boti for 5 minutes and set aside .then fry onion till then golden fry .now add ginger garlic fry .then all ingredients mix and boiled for 5 minutes .then add fried tikka boti and further for 5 minutes and serve .
